Village school teaching experience around 2005

 Friends,

Today my school friend THANGAVELU sent a video to our group. In that Mrs.Sudha Murthy of INFOSYS, prevented his aged Professor from trying to bow towards her knee. She firmly holds his hand, then moves back and falls at his feet.

IT WAS SUCH A TOUCHING HONOUR TO A TEACHER BY A FAMOUS PERSONALITY.

This video instigated me to recall and write about my teaching experience at UTHAMA SOLAPURAM / NEYKARAPATTY, about 15 kms from Salem. (in 2005).

Let me recall what I told the 3rd to 6th standard students in a school near  UTHAMA SOLAPURAM. (2005),

I aggressively commanded my boys then that ..

1) IF THEY HAPPEN TO BECOME A COLLECTOR IN FUTURE ..

2) AND IF I AM ALIVE IN THE TOWN FOR WHICH HE IS THE COLLECTOR ...

3) THEN ON AUGUST 15, JANUARY 26 ..ETC. ......HE SHOULD INVITE ME TO THE FUNCTION AND GARLAND ME AND GIVE DUE RESPECTS.

I told it in such a threatening way ...that
the boys would have thought..

Hey, if I didn't say "YES",  this master may beat me.  So let me better say "YES".

THEY NEVER KNEW THAT I HAD
"IMPLANTED IN THEIR MINDS"  THAT THEY CAN BECOME A COLLECTOR ONE DAY.

Sending a bike in train

SENDING A TWO WHEELER IN TRAIN  -  My name is Sakthivelu Ramachandran [name changed]. I am studying MCA Post Graduation in  ABCD College of Engineering, Salem.  My native place is Kumbakonam and now I am staying in my aunty's house in Salem. My aunty has two sons. The elder son's name is Navaneetha krishnan alias Naveen, and the younger son's name is Venkatakrishnan.  Naveen is a Civil Engineer in a private civil construction company at Chennai. His office is far away from his rented house. Daily he travels in the metro train, gets down in a place and then he walks 3 kms to reach his office. So he couldn't go to his office in time. Further his health was also affected by dehydration and fatigue.   When I came to Salem from my native place, I brought a bike and cycle along with me.
