Translation - Why TATA rules the hearts of people

ஏன் டாடா மக்களின் இதயத்தில் நிறைந்து இருக்கின்றார்? 

There is a Blood Bank inside the Tata Motors premises in Jamshedpur. (There are Blood Banks in all the other plants as well). 

ஜாம்ஷெட்பூரில் உள்ள டாடா மோட்டார்ஸ் வளாகத்திற்குள் இரத்த வங்கி ஒன்று உள்ளது. (அதே போல் மற்ற அனைத்து டாடா கம்பெனிகளின்  வளாகத்திற்குளும் இரத்த வங்கிகள் உள்ளன).

If you donate a bottle of blood you are given off for that day. But you can also avail an extra leave within 7 days of donating the blood. 

நீங்கள் ஒரு பாட்டில் இரத்த தானம் செய்தீர்கள் என்றால்  ஒரு நாள் விடுப்பு / லீவு கொடுக்கப்படும்.  ஆனால் இரத்தத்தை தானம் செய்த 7 நாட்களுக்குள் கூடுதலாக ஒரு நாள் விடுப்பும் பெறலாம். 

This rule is also applied in Tata Steel. 

இந்த விதி டாடா ஸ்டீல் கம்பெனியிலும் கடைபிடிக்கப்படுகிறது.

 

So many employees use it to extend their holidays. So, there is no shortages of leaves ever.

பல ஊழியர்கள் தங்கள் விடுமுறைகளை நீட்டிக்க இதை பயன்படுத்துகின்றனர். எனவே, எப்போதும் விடுப்புகளுக்கு  /லீவுகளுக்கு பற்றாக்குறையே இருந்தது இல்லை. 

Needless to say, TATA loses several man-hours through this policy. 

இந்த கொள்கையினால் டாடா பல மணி நேர வேலை நேரத்தை இழக்கிறது என்று நாம் சொல்லத் தேவையில்லை. 

Once, while having a conversation with the employees of the company, Ratan Tata was asked a question by one of the senior official.

ஒருமுறை, நிறுவனத்தின் ஊழியர்களுடன் ஒரு உரையாடலின் போது, ரத்தன் டாடாவிடம் மூத்த அதிகாரி ஒரு கேள்வியைக் கேட்டார்.

Sir, "People take undue advantage of the policy. We do lose several man-hours due to this. 

ஐயா, " இந்த கொள்கையை தொழிலாளர்கள் தங்களுக்கு சாதகமாக எடுத்துக்கொள்கிறார்கள்.  இந்த காரணமாக நாம் பல மணி நேரத்தை  இழக்கிறோம். 

The blood is replenished within 24 hours, you know of it. So why to give that extra holiday within 7 days of donating the blood." 

நம் உடலில் இரத்தம் 24 மணி நேரத்திற்குள் மீண்டும் உற்பத்தி ஆகிவிடுகிறது.  நீங்கள் அதை அறிவீர்கள். பிறகு ஏன் மீண்டும் 7 நாட்களுக்குள் ஒரு நாள் விடுப்பு கொடுக்க வேண்டும்?". 

Ratan Tata smiled, as he always does, and then came an extremely calm reply.

ரத்தன் டாடாவிடம் இருந்து எப்போதும் போல ஒரு அமைதியான பதில் வந்தது.

He said, "Encouragement is something I don't need to teach you. Only a few people donate because they want to. 

அவர் சொன்னார், "உற்சாகத்தை நான் உங்களுக்கு கற்பிக்க வேண்டிய அவசியமில்லை. ஒரு சிலர் மட்டுமே ரத்த தானம் அளிக்கிறார்கள். ஏன் என்றால் அவர்களுக்கு ஒரு தேவை உள்ளது. 

Talking about man-hours, we may be losing some man-hours doing that, but have you ever thought of the number of man-hours that get added to the person's life who receives that blood? 

இப்போது நேரத்தைப் பற்றி பேசுவோம். ஆம் நீங்கள் கூறுவது உண்மை தான். நாம் சில நேரத்தை இழக்கின்றோம். ஆனால் அந்த இரத்தத்தை பெறும் நபரின் வாழ்க்கைக்கு கூடுதல் மணி நேரத்தை அது சேர்க்கின்றது இல்லையா? இதை பற்றி நீங்கள் எப்போதாவது நினைத்து பார்த்து உண்டா ?

| am ready to SACRIFICE some of our man-hours for the good of Humanity."

Ratan Tata is really an inspiring person and everyone would learn a lot with this ! He is such a noble human being. 

ரத்தன் டாடா உண்மையில் ஒரு எழுச்சியூட்டும் நபர் தான். அனைவரும் இதில் இருந்து நிறைய கற்றுக் கொள்ள வேண்டும். அவர் ஒரு உன்னதமான மனிதர்.
